The cut-cornered rectangular-cut emerald, weighing 10.43 carats, within a scrolling surround of brilliant and baguette-cut and pear-shaped diamonds, weighing 11.45 carats total, mounted in 18 carat yellow gold, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered NY18910, length 4.5cm
