A small white jade vase
Mid Qing dynasty
Finely worked of flattened form, rising from a flared hollowed foot, the bulbous body with vertical ribs waisted at the neck and terminating at a lipped rim, flanked at the neck with two handles formed of 'S'-shaped mythical beasts with serpentine bodies, the body with a series of archaistic ribbed flanges, the white stone with attractive russet veins.
11.8cm high.

清中期 青白玉出戟扁瓶
玉質溫潤光澤，部分帶白色斑紋。瓶扁身，橢圓形口，圈足，瓶頸內斂，頸部兩邊飾獸耳，扁圓腹部兩側出戟，瓶身素面，兩面刻兩道筋線紋自口沿至足部而下，線條流暢，曲線優美。
此扁瓶器形雖小，但造型端莊典雅，簡潔古樸。此瓶亦來自比利洛斯（Billy Rose）舊藏，後被西雅圖亞洲藝術商Friedlander & Sons收購。
