two bars, Cape Colony, S.A.02 (743 Serjt. D.R.Howard. Namaqualand B.S.). Very fine. (1)


  • Sergeant Donald Robert Howard was originally a Clerk. He attested in the 1st Namaqualand Border Scouts on the 5th March 1902 and was discharged on the 31st July 1902. In the 1903 Voters Roll he is noted as being a member of the Cape Police residing at Springbok and a wage employee of the Government.
