  • Served as Assistant Surgeon and Surgeon aboard HMS Lyra from 22nd January 1809 to 12th August 1815. He died on the 12th March 1861.

    HMS Lyra was a 10 gun Cherokee-class brig-sloop, launched in 1808 and sold off in 1818.
