Bolt-head safety, the Mauser action-body with thumb-recess, hinged magazine-floorplate engraved depicting a red stag surrounded by bold foliate-scrollwork, Timney trigger, engraved recoil-block, highly-figured stock with pistolgrip, engraved colour-hardened pistolgrip-cap, cheek-piece and leather-covered recoil-pad, horn-capped forestock, sling-eyes, the barrel, with W.J. Jeffery & Co., London inlaid in gold, with open-sights, sighted for 100, 200 & 300 yards, and ramp-mounted bead-foresight with folding sight-protector, the breech-ring engraved Cal. .300 H&H Magnum/Made in England, the receiver mounted with a Swarovski 3-9x36A Habicht telescope-sight in quickly-detachable mounts engraved W.J.
