An impressive William IV silver two-handled tea urn
by John Wrangham & William Moulson, London 1836
Inverted baluster compressed lobed form, leaf-embellished handles, the domed cover with applied stylised pear finial on a leafy calyx, the tap with ornate openwork shell scroll handle, raised on a shaped-circular lobed base, the four scrolling feet ornately embellished with floral sprays, engraved with a crest and a coat of arms, height 43cm, weight 154oz.
