by Nathanial Mills, Birmingham 1832
Rectangular form with engine turning, the hinged cover applied with foliate scroll border and engraved with presentation inscription, opening to reveal a gilt interior, length 8.5cm; together with two further rectangular examples, by Nathanial Mills, Birmingham 1830 and 1835, the first, with reeded body and floral thumbpiece, the hinged cover with presentation inscription, gilt interior, length 7cm, the second similarly decorated with applied foliate borders, the hinged cover with engine-turned detail and vacant reserve, gilt interior, length 6.7cm, weight 9oz. (3)
