by Charles Aldridge, the cream jug with no distinguishable maker's mark, London 1794
Oval form with lobed sides, the dome hinged cover with urn finial and the body with bright-engraved band of cornucopias and flowers above a vacant shield cartouche, with replaced brass insulators, the teapot stand, with shaped rim and paw feet, swing-handled sugar dish and cream jug all similarly decorated, length of teapot 17cm, weight 39oz. (4)
