by Henry Stewart Brown, London 1890, also stamped on the underside A BARRETT & SONS, MANUFACTURERS 63 & 64 PICCADILLY LONDON
Circular form, monogrammed, with the double skinned base forming the oil receiver, centred with a central cylindrical sconce with white enamelled simulated candle, centre with a light, the side of the sconce fitted with a conical snuffer, side with ring handle, diameter 7.5cm.
