An Edwardian silver three-piece tea service
maker's mark rubbed, possibly G & R over S in a trefoil shaped punch, Birmingham 1905
Circular form, the lower body with bead and spiral flutes below undulating foliate band, on shell-capped hoof feet, teapot with ebonised handle and finial, together with a small quantity of flatware, comprising: a cased set of six fruit knives, with six spoons and a pair of sugar tongs ensuite, by Walker & Hall, Sheffield 1928 / 29, and other spoons and tongs, weight total of tea service only 34oz.
