Compressed baluster form profusely chased with "C" scrolls and flowers, the teapot with hinged dome lid surmounted by an oriental figural finial, with leaf-capped double-scroll handle with ivory insulators and spout, the body with scroll and leaf framed oval cartouche engraved with presentation inscription and crest, raised on four paw feet with mask junctions, the two-handled sugar bowl and milk jug similarly decorated, with gilt interiors, height of teapot 21cm, weight 52oz.
