With two cast dragon handles issuing from the inverted onion shaped body, the bellied sides with a band incorporating vacant shields and panels depicting symbols of the union, the cylindrical knop above a spreading foot, with four applied scrolls above a ribbon and laurel band, the shaped dome cover with a seated dragon holding a scroll, engraved BISLEY 1935, gilded interior, height 35.8cm, weight 50oz.
