Tapering octagonal form, the dome hinged lids with wooded knop finials, each with tapering wood pouring handle to side, height 15cm; together with a matched three-piece tea service, by William Aitken, Birmingham 1916, the cream jug by Alfred Marston, 1908, urn form in the George III style, plain bodies, the teapot with wood handle and finial, height of teapot 17cm, and a two-handled silver comport, by Ernest Wilfred Sanders & Henry Arthur Mackenzie, Birmingham, with flying scroll handles and pierced lattice-work band to dish, raised on a central circular foot (5), diameter 19.2cm.
