by John Bridge, London 1828, incuse stamped on rim "Rundell Bridge et Rundell Aurifices Regis Londini"
Baluster form, lower body finely chased and embossed with frosted acanthus leaves on a part-fluted back ground, the elongated neck applied with cast fruiting-vine tendrils on a stippled ground, with twisted branch handle terminating in leaf and bifurcated scroll junction, the separate cover with a grape cluster, height 28cm, weight 55.56oz.
