Conventional form with flat, domed and stepped hinged cover applied a later finial modelled as a Roman warrior, embossed with vignettes of cherubs depicting three of the elements/seasons within scroll and mask straps, caryatid scroll handle, height 25.2cm, weight 31.97oz.
