possibly by H. Barbier, in the Louis XV style
the shaped and eared quarter veneered top inset with a gilt tooled leather writing surface, above a shaped frieze comprising one long and two short panel mounted and lozenge inlaid drawers, on keeled cabriole legs headed with acanthus clasped ram's mask mounts and chutes terminating in foliate scrolled sabots, 119cm wide x 64.5cm deep x 74cm high, (46.5" wide x 25" deep x 29" high)
