17-jewel Cal.153/1B manual wind movement adjusted to temperatures, silvered dial with applied gilt dagger hour markers and Arabic quarters, polished 18ct gold case with snap on back, engraved and cut hinged security back, diamond set domed hinged front cover, intricate hinged bracelet with single cut, brilliant cut and baguette cut diamonds in twisted and plaited form, security clasp with hinged diamond set cover, dial and movement signed

  • In the 1950's Vacheron Constantin produced some very sumptuous and technically difficult case designs encrusted with some of the finest diamonds available to them. This particular watch is one of those rare pieces, which not only has a concealed hinged cover, but is set with varying single cut diamonds, making a truly stunning cocktail watch.
