31-jewel Cal.GP 8290 automatic movement, silvered dial with applied gilt faceted pointed baton hour markers, black outer 1/5th second divisions with red Arabic five second markers, gilt faceted lance hands, blued steel centre chronograph and split second hands, subsidiary dials at 3, 6 and 9 for running seconds, 30 minute and 12 hour recording, polished tonneau shaped case with back secured by 8 screws, brushed bezel, signed crown flanked by twin buttons and split second button in the band at 8, fitted brown leather strap with 18ct gold signed folding clasp, together with fitted Girard-Perregaux box, outer card, instruction and guarantee booklets and additional correspondence with Girard-Perregaux, case, dial and movement signed
