Full plate English lever movement, pierced and ornately engraved balance cock, silvered regulation, round pillars, protective gilt metal surround, later enamel dial with black Roman numerals, blued steel hands, later polished silver case with hinged back, movement signed

  • Justin's son Benjamin joined him in Pall Mall after 1780 but watches continued to be signed 'Just. Vuilliamy or Justin Vuilliamy' till around 1792. Benjamin was also later appointed as King's clock maker in 1773 in his own right.
