Footnotes

  • I was offered this art work, by the heavily tattoed and shaved headed Paul, I nearly fell off my chair when he announced he was none other than twin brother of Tracey Emin. The eponymous Mrs Edwards, school dinner lady, much despised for her insistence on eating peas, was the inspiration for this work. The small pair of trolls representing Tracey and Paul as their younger, potentially murderous, selves.
Needing to raise money after an accident Paul had brought it along to my TV programme 'Four Rooms' to sell. I fell in love with the piece and the story and beat the other three dealers to secure it..So so satisfying ....
