Two Ladies, serving wine and wearing loose robes.
Bearing signature to the obverse Chollet, gilt-mounted on the inside lid of an oval tortoiseshell box; together with two portrait miniatures of Ladies and a miniature portraying a Gentleman, wearing suit of armour and long powdered curling wig (English School, Early 18th Century), oil on metal, gilt-wood and turned ebonised wood frames.
