One side in copper, the other side in brass, Saxons versus Vikings, kings and queens wearing cloaks, bishops with axes, knights as horse, rooks as canons or Viking longboats, pawns as foot soldiers, the Viking pawns wearing horned helmets, some chessmen stamped: Magda i Andrzej Nowakowscy Warszawa; with a wooden and copper mounted board/box,
the king 5.5cm high, the pawn 3.5cm high, the board/box 29.5cm square.
