An 18ct gold Swiss open face keyless wind pocket watch
The white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, outer seconds chapter ring 0-60, seconds subsidiary dial at numeral 6, cut and chased gilt hands, the inner case stamped 'K18', the cuvette signed 'Remontoir nickel ANCRE ligne droite 19 rubis, levées visibles spiral Breguet, Geneve No 78184', diameter 4.8cm, gross weight approximately 81.7gm.
