The first a pair cased verge pocket watch, the white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, single gilt metal spade hand (one missing), the movement signed 'John English, Edinburgh', numbered 771, on flared square section pillars, the inner case with markers mark 'TP', and hallmarked for London 1774, within outer gilt metal shagreen case (damaged), the second silver cased pocket watch silver with white enamel dial signed 'John Dalton Junr. London', with offset hour chapter ring, case hallmarked for London 1878. (2)
