The first modelled with a man seated on a tree stump, holding a large shell painted to the inside with a butterfly, wearing a patterned waistcoat, green jacket and red breeches, the base applied with flowers, 18cm, the other figure similarly modelled, with floral painted shell, 18.5cm, together with an associated pair of Derby figural candlesticks, a cherub candlestick, circa 1770, and a pair of seated figures of children, circa 1830
The candlesticks modelled with a standing man playing pipes, the woman gathering flowers in her apron, a dog and sheep below, with extensively applied bocage, scroll moulded bases picked out in puce, turquoise and gold, 27.5cm, the cherub seated next to a stem applied with flowers, 18cm, the children with single candlestick, on scroll moulded bases, 14.5cm (7)
