The calico upholstered back and drop-in seats enclosed by stylised carved dolphin arms, the projecting seat rail carved in low relief with scrolls and stylised acanthus leaves, on carved dolphin front legs, 71cm wide, 71cm deep, 106cm high (27.5" wide, 27.5" deep, 41.5" high).

  • The firm of Gostin produced hand-crafted furniture based on examples and patterns of prominent designers in 18th century. Princess Margaret was among the Royal patrons.
