Set centrally with a cushion-cut sapphire, weighing 10.86cts, bordered by a row of old round brilliant-cut diamonds, all surrounded by a scrolled and swagged frame of similarly-cut diamonds with circular-cut sapphires at the cardinal and mid cardinal points, all to millegrain settings, width 45mm, pendant bale lacking, the diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 2.64cts in total, the circular-cut sapphires estimated to weigh approximately 4.00cts in total, the principal sapphire accompanied by a certificate from AnchorCert (#20008017) dated 14 January 2013 stating that it is of Sri Lankan origin and no evidence of heat treatment was observed, to original fitted case retailed by Mallett, Bath
