The golden brown field painted with three popinjays bisected by a dark maroon coloured band, (now faded to brown), with applied banded fringe, except the hoist edge, together with another of maroon silk, (faded to brown) centred by a gold painted cinquefoil and surrounded by eight gold painted Jerusalem crosses and with applied banded fringe, except the hoist edge, another of blue and white banded silk with three embroidered wreaths to one side and with applied fringe, except the hoist side,
