A George IV and later giltwood and specimen table
The later Italian marble top inlaid with a central depiction of a horse beneath a palm tree, the radiating veneers incorporating panels depicting flowers and butterflies, within a giltwood frame, the projecting edge with repeating scrolling cartouches, on an acanthus clasped baluster shaped stem and three C scroll supports, re-gilded, 100cm in diameter, 82cm high (39" in diameter, 32" high).
