The scarab-shaped plaques set with step-cut sapphires, cabochon rubies, rose-cut diamonds and circular-cut emeralds, each flanked by two cobras decorated with rose-cut diamonds and circular-cut emeralds, interspersed with oval star sapphires and winged scarabs accented with oval cabochon rubies and rose-cut diamonds, the reverse with engraved detail, mounted in silver and gold, length 18.5cm
