The highly articulated necklace, suspending a detachable gold repoussé brooch with shell and scrolling detail, set to the centre with a foiled oval-cut aquamarine, the reverse with a glazed compartment, surmounting three similarly-set pear-shaped drops, accompanied by a pair of earrings en suite, all in closed-backed settings, composite, earrings with later fittings, cased, lengths: brooch 8.6cm, earring 7.1cm, chain 39.6cm (3) (illustrated inside the front cover)
