Portrait study of Peter Delcour, signed verso 'T.Kerrich delin/Antwerp' and inscribed with the sitter's name, black and white chalk on blue-grey paper, 49 x 25.6 cm; and a quantity of figure studies, anatomical studies, studies of hands, copies after Old Master paintings, history subjects and portraits, including studies of Michael Tyson, Susan Briggs, Joseph Freeman, Dr Jobson and John Brandish, many signed and dated from 1765 onwards, in red or black chalk, pen, ink and wash, some with additional inscriptions by Kerrich's grandson Albert Hartshorne; and a small album of notes and sketches
