A rare "Hotchkiss" Cockerel mascot, by August Cain, French, c. 1924,
signed 'A.Cain' to front of base, also bearing Susse Freres, Paris foundry stamp to right side of base and further stamped '116' to rear, nickel-plated bronze, finely detailed mascot depicting a crowing cockerel, complete with Hotchkiss-Paris emblem to base, mounted on a turned wooden display base, 6¼ in. high.
