A pair of Chinese export Canton rose enameled porcelain bough pots

Of waisted octagonal section surmounted by a convex fitted lid perforated with five small holes, the sides supporting handles potted as gnarled branches attached to grape vines and squirrels molded in raised relief interspersed between large figural reserves on the remaining sides, the remaining exterior surfaces covered in a detailed gilt ground of floral motifs and auspicious beasts (minor losses to enamels).
