A 17th century and later walnut child's high chair
The pierced cresting rail incorporating a pair of putti above a woven cane back with carved flowers to the sides and within barley turned stiles and foliate carved arms above a cane seat, with bobbin turned front legs with corresponding putti stretcher, on turned feet (later restraining pole and lacking foot rest), 41.5cm wide x 35.5cm deep x 111.5cm high.
