The clock movement enclosed by a sphere surmounted by a cherub and flanked by male and female figures representing Night and Day, the serpentine base cast with scrolling foliage, together with a pair of ten-light gilt-bronze candelabra, en suite, the clock 64cm high, the candelabra 94cm high.
