the horizontal mounted egg with an inset diorama of grazing emus in a landscape, raised on a chased oval base with an indigenous hunter holding a club and spear stalking an emu and kangaroo, the inkwell with a cover of a cockatoo perched on a branch, ebony plinth, marks obliterated, 25cm (9.5") high.
