the blade engraved 'Presented to R. Rawnsley Moss Esq.on the occasion of the laying of the Foundation Stone of the New Office Block of the Federal Mutual Insurance Company of Australia Limited, 27th October 1927' within engraved border and flowerheads, marked 'STG Silver', 27.5 cm (11") long.
