An inside-painted rock-crystal 'landscape' snuff bottle

Attributed to Gan Xuanwen, circa 1796-1850
The rectangular shaped body with slightly slanted shoulders rising to a cylindrical neck, the interior finely painted with a figure in contemplation amidst a traditional landscape scene, the reverse inscribed in kaishu with a poem describing the landscape.
5.3cm high.

約1796-1850 (傳)甘烜文水晶內繪山水題詩鼻煙壺

壺呈長方形，高頸，歛足。壺一面開光繪有淡設色山水，川流不息，一高士在河上垂釣；另一面開光以隸書書風，題上「風弄竹聲，只道金佩響。月移花影，疑是玉人來。」壺兩側開光分別繪有竹石圖及松石圖。

甘烜文(活躍於清嘉慶至道光年間，1796-1850) ，嶺南派鼻煙壺大師，一般見其鼻煙壺作品皆繪於長方形帶開光之水晶壺中，喜以淡設色山水為主題，配以草書或隸書字句，各種特徵與本壺相符，雖本壺沒有落款，但相信是出於甘烜文之手的。
