A pink and green glass overlay 'elephant' snuff bottle
Qing dynasty, 1760-1830 The bulbous body finely carved in the form of an elephant, depicted standing on all fours, its body decorated with floral trappings, all beneath downward lappets of ruyi heads at the shoulders and a ringed neck, all against a lotus ground. 6.7cm high.
