壺成瓶形，長方身，直頸，橢圓形淺圈足，掏膛規整。壺身通身淺浮雕纏枝牡丹紋，一面是飾一牡丹花朵盛開，花葉飽滿，富貴華麗，其枝葉延伸至壺另一面。壺近足處刻壽石一周，寓意長壽富貴。瑪瑙質地瑩潤透亮，猶如黃金蜜糖。
