A pale green and russet nephrite 'finger citron' snuff bottle
Qing dynasty, 1770-1850
Naturalistically worked in the form of a Buddha's hand, the natural texture of the fruit and slender tendrils with inward curled ends captured by the subtly worked reliefs, issuing from gently openworked gnarled branches bearing further leaves.
8.3cm high.
