Republican period
Carved in the form of the heads of a gentleman and lady wearing headdresses, the stoppers skilfully incorporated into the headpiece.
Largest: 6cm high. (2).

    According to Bob Stevens, this pair of snuff bottles, formed from camel bone, could be considered as a man and a woman, but the dating of them remained undetermined, see ibid, p.215

    壺呈人首形,一件寬面粗眉,神色祥和,其帽成山字形,載環形耳環,壺底刻「大清」二字。另一件面方流有鬍子,表情和善,頭載帽子,壺底刻「大清之年製」。

    根據Bob Stevens的分析,此為駱駝骨,相信是一男一女,但對斷代未有界定。見出版,頁215。
