A four-colour glass overlay snuff bottle
Qing dynasty, 1700-1780
Of compressed circular form, finely carved through the red, green, pink and blue overlays with a scene of goldfish swimming amidst blossoming lotus and pods issuing from leafy sprays on both sides.
5.9cm high.

  • 清 1700-1780 藕粉地套年年有餘鼻煙壺

    壺呈扁瓶形，直頸，橢圓形圈足。藕粉地玻璃中白色泡點細密，上套一層三色玻璃，包括紅、藍、綠色，壺正反面題材一致，雕以水上蓮花及一條魚兒，魚兒尾部擺動，身子成弧形，表示出游動之態。「蓮花」及「游魚」諧音「年年有餘」，祝願每年都有盈餘。
