• As well as being a versatile artist whose work has covered painting, drawing, animation and sculpture, Parra was one of the founders of fashion label Rockwell Clothing, and also performs in electronic music group Le Le. Although based in Amsterdam, Parra's first solo show took place in London in 2005, and since then he has exhibited in, amongst other places, Los Angeles, Paris, New York and Barcelona. His style is bold, using solid blocks of primary colors in his cartoon-like images. Parra's biggest commission to date has been Weirded Out, a 60 foot indoor mural for SFMOMA.
