A George III mahogany longcase clock

The 12 inch arched brass dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, subsidiary second and date dial and applied pierced spandrels, the twin train movement striking a bell contained within an arched hood with fluted pillars and pierced foliate cornice with ball and eagle finals above a trunk with moulded shaped door and fluted quarter pillars raised on a box base, with bracket feet, 240cm high (94" high).
