  • Cuninghame lead President Theodore Roosevelt and his son Kermit on a 12 Month safari, seven months in British East Africa and a further five months travelling via Uganda and the Nile to Cairo

    After 7 months in East Africa the Roosevelt safari spent the first days of December 1909 hunting the dense mountain forests of the Mau on Lord Delamere's farm at Nojoro. Their return to Nairobi marked the end of their swansong in East Africa, these photographs were signed the day prior to their departure from Nairobi for the final time, heading north for Lake Victoria and Uganda

25% on the first £100,000 of the hammer price
20% on the excess of £100,001 and up to £2,000,000 of the hammer price
12% on the excess of £2,000,001 of the hammer price

VAT at 20% will be payable on the amount of the premium.
