19th-century koshirae comprising a brown-lacquer ishime-ji saya decorated with variations on the Maeda family crest in black-lacquer and fitted with a copper ishime-ji kozuka decorated with autumn grasses in shakudo taka-zogan; the tsuka fitted with shakudo migaki-ji fuchi-gashira decorated with "the clam's dream" in iroe taka-zogan, illegibly signed Ichiryusai Michi [] and an iron Bushu sukashi tsuba carved with thistles with gold nunome highlights
