Provenance: purchased from Malcolm Fairley, London, 2000.
    Wrangham collection, no.2174.

This design alludes to the tale of Wasobyoe, an adventure story clearly influenced by Swift's Gulliver's Travels and published in 1774. The section of the book relating to the land of the giants mentions that even the smallest hills there were as large as Mount Fuji.
