Qing dynasty, signed Fan Luzeng Of rectangular section with two fluted sides, one incised with spraying prunus and another with eighteen-character inscriptions and signatures, set with a jade handle and straight spout, surmounted by a flat cover with jade knop, the interior impressed with a square seal mark. 16.2cm long.
Fan Luzeng is famous for the pewter-cased teapots he produced during the mid Qing dynasty. His works were commonly incised by scholars with poems or other scholar's taste subjects.
